【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesthefundamentalprinciplesofergonomicsasbasicguidelinesforthedesignofworksystemsanddefinesrelevantbasicterms.Itdescribesanintegratedapproachtothedesignofworksystems,whereergonomistswillcooperatewithothersinvolvedinthedesign,withattentiontothehuman,thesocialandthetechnicalrequirementsinabalancedmannerduringthedesignprocess.UsersofthisInternationalStandardwillincludemanagers;workers(ortheirrepresentatives);andprofessionalssuchasergonomists,projectmanagersanddesignerswhoareinvolvedinthedesignorredesignofworksystems.ThosewhousethisInternationalStandardmayfindageneralknowledgeofergonomics(humanfactors),engineering,design,qualityandprojectmanagementhelpful.Theterm"worksystem"inthisInternationalStandardisusedtoindicatealargevarietyofworkingsituations.Theintentionistoimprove,(re)designorchangeworksystems.Aworksysteminvolvesacombinationofpeopleandequipment,withinagivenspaceandenvironment,andtheinteractionsbetweenthesecomponentswithinaworkorganization.Worksystemsvaryincomplexityandcharacteristics.Someexamplesofworksystemsare:amachinewithasingleperson;aprocessplantincludingitsoperatingandmaintenancepersonnel;anairfieldwithusersandpersonnel;anofficewithitsworkers;andcomputer-basedinteractivesystems.Theobservanceofergonomicprinciplesappliesalsototheinstallation,adjustment,maintenance,cleaning,repair,removalandtransportofworksystems.ThesystemsapproachinthisInternationalStandardgivesguidancetotheusersofthisstandardinexistingandnewsituations.ThedefinitionsandergonomicguidingprinciplesspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardapplytothedesignofoptimalworkingconditionswithregardtohumanwell-being,safetyandhealth,includingthedevelopmentofexistingskillsandtheacquisitionofnewones,whilsttakingintoaccounttechnologicalandeconomiceffectivenessandefficiency.WhiletheprinciplesinthisInternationalStandardareorientedtothedesignofworksystems,theyareapplicabletoanyfieldofhumanactivity,e.g.inthedesignofproductsfordomesticandleisureactivities.NOTEThisInternationalStandardisconsideredtobethecoreergonomicstandardfromwhichmanyothersonspecificissuesarederived.
