【摘要】:1ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsfor'Tersil'typecablesforaircraftwiring,forcircuitsinwhichthepotentialbetweenconductors,orbetweenaconductorandmetalbraidortheaircraftstructure,doesnotexceed600V(r.m.s.)andthefrequencydoesnotexceed1600Hzandwhereanycombinationofambienttemperatureandconductorcurrentforcontinuousservicedoesnotproduceastabilizedconductortemperatureinexcessof190℃.Thecablesaresuitableforfixedwiringinaircraftattemperaturesdownto—5℃,butarenotsuitableforsevereflexingattemperaturesbelow—5℃.Thecablesareintendedforuseinareaswherecircuitintegrityisrequiredforalimitedperiodduringafire.Thecablesdonotsupportcombustion;theycomplywiththerequire-mentsof3G100:Part2:Section3:Subsection3.13,concerningfireresistance.2Thegenericname'Tersil'isapplicabletocablescoveredbythisBritishStandardandcomplyingwithallitsrequirements.3Thestandardincludesthefollowingrangesofcables.(a)Tersil.Cableswithanickel-platedcopperconductorandcompositeinsulationofsiliconerubber,glassandpolyethyleneterephthalateorothersuitablematerials.(b)Tersilal.SimilartotheTersilrangebutwithaconductorofaluminiuminsteadofcopper.(c)Tersilmet.SimilartotheTersilrangebutwiththeadditionofametalbraid.(d)Tersilmetsheath.SimilartotheTersilmetrangebutwiththeadditionofanexternalsheathofinsulatingmaterials.(e)Dutersil,Tritersil,DutersilalandTritersilal.Two-coreorthree-corecablesconsistingoftwoorthreeTersilorTersilalcablestwistedtogether.4Thecablesareclassifiedandidentified,notbycurrentratings,butbyaseriesofnumbersindicativeoftheconductorcross-sectionalarea.ThesenumberscorrespondtothoseusedforequivalentAmericancables.ThemaximumcurrentratingsforTersilcablesaregiveninappendixA.
