Scope: This SAE Standard specifies a stationary test method for determining and documenting the masking effect caused by parts of the base machine with equipment as specified by the manufacturer within a visibility test circle around the eye position of a seated operator. It applies to earthmoving machinery which has a specific seated operator's position.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC9126describesatwo-partmodelforsoftwareproductquality:a)internalqualityandexternalquality,andb)qualityinuse.Thefirstpartofthemodelspecifiessixcharacteristicsforinternalandexternalquality,whicharefurthersubdividedintosubcharacteristics.Thesesubcharacteristicsaremanifestedexternallywhenthesoftwareisusedasapartofacomputersystem,andarearesultofinternalsoftwareattributes.ThispartofISO/IEC9126doesnotelaboratethemodelforinternalandexternalqualitybelowthelevelofsubcharacteristics.Thesecondpartofthemodelspecifiesfourqualityinusecharacteristics,butdoesnotelaboratethemodelforqualityinusebelowthelevelofcharacteristics.Qualityinuseisthecombinedeffectfortheuserofthesixsoftwareproductqualitycharacteristics.Thecharacteristicsdefinedareapplicabletoeverykindofsoftware,includingcomputerprogramsanddatacontainedinfirmware.Thecharacteristicsandsubcharacteristicsprovideconsistentterminologyforsoftwareproductquality.Theyalsoprovideaframeworkforspecifyingqualityrequirementsforsoftware,andmakingtrade-offsbetweensoftwareproductcapabilities.NormativeAnnexAprovidesrecommendationsandrequirementsforsoftwareproductmetricsandqualityinusemetrics.ExamplesofthesemetricsarecontainedinotherpartsofISO/IEC9126.Thesemetricsareapplicablewhenspecifyingthequalityrequirementsandthedesigngoalsforsoftwareproducts,includingintermediateproducts.AnexplanationofhowthisqualitymodelcanbeappliedinsoftwareproductevaluationiscontainedinISO/IEC14598-1.ThispartofISO/IEC9126enablessoftwareproductqualitytobespecifiedandevaluatedfromdifferentperspectivesbythoseassociatedwithacquisition,requirements,development,use,evaluation,support,maintenance,qualityassuranceandauditofsoftware.Itcanforexamplebeusedbydevelopers,acquirers,qualityassurancestaffandindependentevaluators,particularlythoseresponsibleforspecifyingandevaluatingsoftwareproductquality.ExamplesofusesofthequalitymodeldefinedinthispartofISO/IEC9126areto:·validatethecompletenessofarequirementsdefinition;·identifysoftwarerequirements;·identifysoftwaredesignobjectives;·identifysoftwaretestingobjectives;·identifyqualityassurancecriteria;·identifyacceptancecriteriaforacompletedsoftwareproduct.NOTE1ThispartofISO/IEC9126canbeusedinconjunctionwithISO/IEC15504(whichisconcernedwiththesoftwareprocessassessment)toprovide:·aframeworkforsoftwareproductqualitydefinitioninthecustomer-supplierprocess;·supportforreview,verificationandvalidation,andaframeworkforquantitativequalityevaluation,inthesupportprocess;·supportforsettingorganisationalqualitygoalsinthemanagementprocess.NOTE2ThispartofISO/IEC9126canbeusedinconjunctionwithISO/IEC12207(whichisconcernedwiththesoftwarelifecycle)toprovide:·aframeworkforsoftwareproductqualityrequirementsdefinitionintheprimarylifecycleprocess;·supportforreview,verificationandvalidationinsupportinglifecycleprocesses.NOTE3ThispartofISO/IEC9126canbeusedinconjunctionwithISO9001(whichisconcernedwithqualityassuranceprocesses)toprovide:·supportforsettingqualitygoals;·supportfordesignreview,verificationandvalidation.
