【摘要】:1GeneralThisTechnicalSpecificationestablishesanAEI-Systembasedonradiofrequencytechnologies.ThissystemisintendedforgeneralapplicationinRTTT/TICS.ItallowsthetransferoftheidentificationcodesandfurtherinformationaboutequipmentandvehiclesusedinintermodaltransportintosuchRTTT/TICSandinformationsystemsrelatedtoIntermodalTransportprocesses.WithintheintermodalcontextoftheRTTT/TICSSector,AEIsystemshavethespecificobjectiveofachievinganunambiguousidentificationofanITUorrelatedequipmentorvehicleoritemusedinintermodaltransport,andtomakethatidentificationautomatically.VehicleswillbeconsideredandhandledunderIntermodalaspectsasIntermodalEquipment".ThereforeadifferentiationbetweenAEIandAVIsystemsunderthepurposeofthisstandardisnotrequired.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisspecificallyaimedatDSRC-typeairinterfaces.TherequirementandtestmethodsmaynotapplyforIntermodalAEIsystemsusinglongrangecommunicationssuchasCellularNetworksorSatellite,orvicinitycommunicationsuchasinductivelycoupledantennas.Theinteroperabilityacrosstheairinterface(referencepointDelta)isoutsidethescopeofthisTechnicalSpecification.PleaseseeCENISO/TS17264AutomaticVehicleandEquipmentIdentification(AVI/AEI)-AVI/AEIInterfaces(underpreparation).2AimTheaimofthisstandardistodefine,describeandspecifytheSystemParametersrelatedtoanintermodalAEIsystemtoprovideanenablingStandard,which,whilstallowingthesystemspecifiertodeterminetheperformancelevelsandoperatingconditions,providesaframeworkforinteroperability.ThereforethisTechnicalSpecificationspecifies:a)parametersandrequirementsoftheidentificationsystemitselfb)performancecriterianecessarytoensureconsistentandreliableoperationofAEIsystemswithininternationaltransportprocessingc)requirementsoftheperformanceandthepositionoftheelectronicdevices(tag)wheninstalledonintermodalequipmentd)requirementsfortheinstallationofreaders,andperformancedatarelatedtothesecomponents.NOTE:TheseparametersofanAEIsystemshallbeidentical,compatibleorinteroperableworld-wideinrespectofsystemscomplyingtothisPre-Standard.Yetitisrecognisedthat,attheimplementationlevel,theremayberequirementsforregionaloroperationaldifferencesintheperformancelevelsachievedagainsttheseparameters.3Pre-requisiteAnysystemtoreadidentityandrelateddatahastobebasedonastandardisedsystemtoallocateanunambiguousidentitytoeachitem,vehicle,loadunitorequipmentasdefinedinCENISO/TS17262Automaticvehicleandequipmentidentification-Intermodalgoodstransport-Numberinganddatastructures.
