【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesproceduresforcalibratinganopticalspectrumanalyzerdesignedtomeasurethepowerdistributionofanopticalspectrum.Thisanalyzerisequippedwithaninputportforusewithafibre-opticconnector.Anopticalspectrumanalyzerisequippedwiththefollowingminimumfeatures:a)theabilitytopresentadisplayofanopticalspectrumwithrespecttoabsolutewavelength;b)amarker/cursorthatdisplaystheopticalpowerandwavelengthatapointonthespectrumdisplay.NOTEThisstandardappliestoopticalspectrumanalyzersdevelopedforuseinfibre-opticcommunications,andislimitedtoequipmentthatcandirectlymeasuretheopticalspectrumoutputfromanopticalfibre,wheretheopticalfibreisconnectedtoaninputportinstalledintheopticalspectrumanalyzerthroughafibre-opticconnector.Inaddition,anopticalspectrumanalyzercanmeasurethespectralpowerdistributionwithrespecttotheabsolutewavelengthofthetestedlightanddisplaytheresultsofsuchmeasurements.Itwillnotincludeanopticalwavelengthmeterthatmeasuresonlycentrewavelengths,aFabry-Perotinterferometeroramonochromatorthathasnodisplayunit.Theproceduresoutlinedinthisstandardareconsideredtobemainlyperformedbyusersofopticalspectrumanalyzers.Thedocument,therefore,doesnotincludecorrectionusingthecalibrationresultsinthemainbody.ThecorrectionproceduresaredescribedinAnnexC.Ofcourse,thisstandardwillbeusefulincalibrationlaboratoriesandformanufacturersofopticalspectrumanalyzers.
